Cancellation, Refund and Service Delivery Policy
1) Scope
This policy sets out the rules on service delivery (performance), cancellation, refunds and withdrawal rights for payments made via the iyzico payment infrastructure on the Tattoo Master Bakırköy website for (i) tattoo/piercing studio appointments and (ii) tattoo/piercing training programs.
2) Service Delivery (Performance)
No physical goods are shipped. “Delivery” means the performance of the purchased service and/or the confirmation of your appointment/registration being communicated to you.
- Studio Services: Tattoo and/or piercing services are performed at our studio on the selected date and time. After payment, your appointment confirmation is sent via e-mail and/or phone.
- Training Programs: Training services are delivered in a classroom/studio setting in accordance with the announced program schedule. After payment, your registration/confirmation is sent via e-mail and/or phone.
3) Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)
In distance contracts, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For service contracts, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is concluded.
4) How to Submit a Withdrawal Notice
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us in writing within the 14-day period through the contact details below:

Sending the notice within the legal period is sufficient.
5) Refund Procedure
If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, all payments received will be refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from the date your withdrawal notice reaches us, using the same payment method where possible. Depending on bank/payment institution processing times, the reflection of the refund in your account may vary.
6) Cases Where Withdrawal May Not Apply / Starting the Service
If a service is started before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period with the consumer’s explicit request/consent, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for that service. Therefore, if the appointment/training start date falls within the 14-day period, we may request an additional checkbox confirmation at checkout stating: “I request the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends.”
7) Studio Appointments (Tattoo / Piercing) – Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment time: The amount paid will be refunded, or upon request, the appointment may be rescheduled once free of charge.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment time: No refund is issued due to studio scheduling and reserved time; however, upon request, the appointment may be rescheduled once (subject to availability).
- No-show: No refund is issued due to reserved time and scheduling.
Note: Health-related issues, force majeure, or exceptional circumstances may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8) Training Programs – Cancellation & Changes
- Cancellation within the legal withdrawal period (14 days): If a withdrawal notice is submitted properly, the payment will be refunded (see Section 5).
- Cancellation after the withdrawal period and before the program starts: Due to seat allocation and program planning, no refund is issued; however, upon request, the program start date may be changed once (subject to availability).
- After the program has started: No refund is issued as the service performance has commenced; however, postponement or program changes may be considered depending on the specific situation.
