Delivery & Refund and Cancellation Conditions

Tattoo Master Bakırköy uses iyzico payment infrastructure for your orders. Below, you can find our delivery, cancellation and return procedures:

CANCELATION PROCESS (CANCEL)

Once the payment process has been taken, the bank can be canceled before the end of the day closing. This process may not be reflected to the card statement and the cancellation button appears active in the payment panel.

Just click on the "Cancel" button; The amount is returned to your card.

Refund (refund)

Return requests can be completed by means of the “Return” button in our control panel over the IP after the payment is made.

You can only start the process by determining the amount to be returned. Partial or full return can be made

Return times:

In credit card payments: 1–3 working days

Debitat (Debit) Cards: It is reflected in your account within 7–14 working days.

Wage Detail: No additional fees are applied during the return process; All amount is returned to the customer.

API & Technical Developments

Refunds can be performed via iyzico API through endpoints such as “Post/Payment/Refund” or “Post/V2/Refund”.

In this process, parameters such as PaymentTransactionide or Pricice should be sent completely. Details are available in our developer documents.

Moreover; Iyzico allows 24/7 return operations for 365 days.

Result and application suggestion
